A note on January 23 birthdays

Uranus rules Aquarius, and the tradition reads that planet as independence and change, a note that colors how this fourth day of the sign approaches a new interest, wanting room rather than a fast promise. The day still opens Aquarius's first decan, a triplicity system placement that keeps Saturn's traditional claim beside Uranus's own, at 2.1 to 4.5 degrees into the sign. This site's points method still favors Gemini and Libra as Aquarius's strongest matches, a trine worth 8, and gives Aries and Sagittarius a sextile worth 5, a step below it.
