What data do the tools store?
Nothing, unless you choose to share a result. The tools run in your browser, and what you type stays on your device.
Every calculator and quiz on this site is a small program that runs inside your web browser. When you type two names, two birth dates, or quiz answers, the calculation happens on your device. The inputs are not transmitted to our servers, not written to a database, and not logged. When you leave the page, they are gone, unless your browser keeps form values on its own, which is a browser setting, not ours.
What we do not do
No accounts. No sign-up. No email address is asked for anywhere on the site. No newsletter. No analytics cookies. No selling or sharing of personal data for money. No behavioural advertising on game pages.
What is in a share card or result URL?
Two first names and the score. Nothing else. Both are started by you, and neither happens unless you press a button or copy a link.
- Share cards and certificates. If you press "share your card" or "save the certificate", your browser sends the two first names as you typed them and the score to our image service, which draws the card and returns it. We keep the generated image in a cache for up to 30 days so that a shared link keeps working; we do not keep a list of who made which card. Cards carry first names only. Do not put a surname in the name box if you do not want it on a card.
- Result links. Some tools let you copy a link that pre-fills the two names for the person you send it to. The names are in the link itself, in your browser's address bar; we do not store them, and our server does not index or log the page the link opens.
Couples mode links. Couples mode on the quizzes runs entirely in the link and on the two devices. If you create a couples link, your browser writes your quiz answers, as a short code, into the part of the link after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part of an address to any server, so your answers never reach us, and we store nothing: no answers, no token, no record that a link was made. The link carries no names and no free text. Anyone who has the link can read the answers from it, so send it only to your partner. When your partner finishes, the comparison is worked out on their device, and the page then removes the code from the address bar.
Which cookies, analytics and ad partners does the site use?
The site uses one analytics product, which runs without cookies, and display ad partners. It sets no cookies of its own.

Analytics
We use analytics to see which pages are read and whether the site is fast. We do not use it to identify you.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data, and reports aggregate page views, referrers, countries and browser types. It runs on every page and needs no consent because it stores nothing on your device. It is the only analytics product on the site. No analytics event carries a name, a date of birth, a quiz answer, a score tied to a person, or a couples link.
Advertising and consent
Most pages show display ads. Ad partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure ads and, where you have consented, to personalise them.
Personalised ads and consent. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will see a consent choice before any personalised ad is served. You can decline and still use every tool. You can change your choice at any time from the "Privacy choices" link in the footer. If you visit from California or another US state with a privacy law that gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for advertising, the same footer link lets you opt out, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals.
Game pages. On the name calculator, Love Tester, FLAMES, crush, friendship and name compatibility pages, and the result cards, ads are served without behavioural targeting regardless of consent, because those pages are visited by children.
We will update this section when we change or add an ad partner, and the change will be dated on the changelog.
Cookies and local storage
We set no cookies of our own, and our analytics product sets none. Your browser may store, on your device only, a small preference such as your advertising consent choice or whether the Love Tester's sound is off; you can clear it from your browser settings. How does the site treat data from children?
The site collects no data from children, and the game pages are built on the assumption that children visit them.
The game pages are designed to be safe for children and teenagers: no account, no email, no data stored, no personalised ads, first names only on cards, no dating or adult content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), write to info@lovecalculator.love and we will delete it. The soulmate calculator, the birth chart calculator and the intimacy sections of the sign pages are written for adults.
Do affiliate links set cookies?
Yes, the partner's site may, after you click. An affiliate link on this site sets nothing by itself; the cookie comes from the partner once you arrive there.
Some adult pages carry links to partner services (astrology reading marketplaces, couples apps, dating services, Amazon). If you click one, the partner may set a cookie in your browser so that it can attribute a purchase to this site; cookie durations range from about 24 hours (Amazon) to 365 days (some reading marketplaces). We do not receive personal information about you from a partner; we receive an aggregate report of commissions. Which pages carry which links is on the disclosure page. No affiliate link appears on a game page.
What are your privacy rights, and how do you use them?
Your privacy rights depend on where you live, and you use any of them by writing to info@lovecalculator.love. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Have that data corrected or deleted
- Object to its processing or have it restricted
- Receive it in a portable form
- Complain to a supervisory authority
Because the tools store nothing, in most cases the honest answer is that we hold no personal data about you beyond any email you sent us.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we keep the email for as long as we need it to reply and to keep a record of corrections; we do not add you to any list. Correction reports are logged on the changelog without your name unless you ask to be credited.
Hosting and where data lives
The site is served from Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare processes connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the site, under its own privacy policy. Share-card images are generated and cached on the same network. We hold no database of visitors.
Changes
We will change this policy when our practices change, date the change here and on the changelog, and not apply a change retroactively to data we have already handled.
