LoveCalculator.love is published under the editorial name the love gurus; that page says who that is.

Are the tools for entertainment purposes only?

Yes. The tools are for entertainment or self-reflection only, because each one returns the output of a fixed formula, a named tradition or a published framework, and none of those can see a real relationship.

Every tool on this site is labelled Game, Tradition or Research-informed. A Game returns a number from a fixed formula on letters or answers; it cannot tell you anything about a real relationship. A Tradition tool applies the rules of a named tradition (Western astrology, Vedic astrology, Pythagorean numerology or the Chinese zodiac); it reflects that tradition, not evidence about any two people. A Research-informed quiz counts your answers against a published framework; it is a self-reflection tool, not a clinical assessment or a diagnosis. No tool predicts, assesses or decides anything about you, another person or a relationship, and you agree not to rely on any result to make a decision.

How old do you have to be to use the soulmate and intimacy pages?

18. The soulmate calculator, the birth chart calculator, the intimacy sections of the sign and pair pages, and any page that says "18 plus" are for adults, and by using them you confirm you are 18 or older.

The game pages are written to be suitable for people aged 13 and over, and are used by younger children with a parent's or guardian's supervision, at the parent's discretion. Affiliate links to dating services appear only on pages written for adults who are single.

Using the site

You may use the tools for personal, non-commercial purposes and share the results and share cards they produce, including on social media. You may quote short passages with a link back. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, scrape or crawl it in a way that harms it, use it to harass, defame or expose any person (including by publishing a result about a private person without their consent), remove or alter labels, disclaimers or attributions, or use the share-card service for content that is not a result from this site. Automated access that respects our robots.txt is permitted.

Our content and yours

The text, code, illustrations, share-card designs and the "love gurus" name are ours or licensed to us; the formulas of the games are published on the methodology page and may be reproduced with attribution. Names and dates you type into a tool are yours; we do not store them (see the privacy policy). A share card you generate is yours to share.

What happens when you follow an affiliate or third-party link?

You leave this site, and the other site's terms, prices and privacy practices apply from that point.

The site links to other sites, including partners who pay us a commission (see how we make money). We are not responsible for their content, prices, terms or privacy practices. A partner's refund policy, not ours, governs any purchase you make from them.

The site shows advertising served by third parties. We do not endorse the products advertised, and an ad's appearance does not mean we have reviewed it.

We work to keep every formula and fact correct and correct verified errors within 72 hours (see the editorial policy).
